The Coldwell Banker La Costa Rental Department is full service and provides both short term and longer term Puerto Vallarta rentals.  We are also pleased to have a full time Concierge who works with all of our clients so that you can enjoy the best that Puerto Vallarta has to offer and enjoy what I call The Complete Puerto Vallarta Rental Experience .

Every member of the Rental Team has extensive firsthand knowledge of each of the properties that we represent and has knowledge on local neighborhoods and activities.

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to each of the members of the Rental Department and give you a little background on each of us.

Robert Dry (Rental Director) A seasoned Rental Manager in Puerto Vallarta, Robert oversees the daily operations of our Rental Department and is responsible for business development. Robert has his hands full coordinating a wide range of rental properties from Punta de Mita in the North to Mismaloya in the South, yet he performs his duties with style and a smile. Laurel Paulson (Rental Agent / Concierge) As an eight year resident of Puerto Vallarta, Laurel has her finger on the pulse of the Vallarta Beat.  As our lead Concierge, she assists our clients with everything from airport pickup services, to in villa spa services, restaurant accommodations, tours, activities and much more.  Laurel also works with all of our incoming guests staying at Molino de Agua in the Romantic Zone.  Laurel can be reached at: laurel@cblacostarentals.com

Alex Garcia (Rental Agent) With a background in the hospitality industry Alex who was born and raised in Mexico City relocated to Puerto Vallarta 5 years ago and has not looked back.
